Designed and maintained UI for the In-Vehicle EV Charging App across Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, and BrightDrop brands. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and conduct User Test Studies, and translate user insights into intuitive, customer-focused interfaces (digital and physical).

In-Vehicle Charging App

Developed UX for design updates, such as the “Reasons Why Charging Was Slow” notification, to improve transparency and help users achieve more efficient charging.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify system enablers and triggers, designing user-friendly notifications with clear recommendations and action items for improving charging performance.

Designed UI screens for implementation and prepared handoff package for development.
